How far in advance should I send my frontals or closures before my appointment?

you only need to send your frontals or closures a week before your appointment

How can I confirm the time to drop off my hair?

Please text the provided number in the email to confirm the time of your drop-off.

What should I do if I decide to mail my hair instead of dropping it off?

If you decide to mail your hair please text the number before with your tracking number this is to ensure I’m at the unit to collect your parcel.

On which days are you off work?

I’m off work every Wednesday and Sundays

What should I do if I need to do a same-day drop-off?

Please let me know in advance if you would be doing a same day drop off ( this adds extra time to the service and I would need to make sure it doesn’t affect clients after you )

Do you sell hair bundles and frontals? If so, how can I purchase them?

I sell raw Vietnamese hair bundles and frontals if you would like some hair for your appointment please email with your booking confirmation

Do you offer Emergency slots?

Yes I do, Emergency slots are £35 extra

Out of service hours 7pm onwards £15 extra
