(A) ALL RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCTS IN YOUR ORDER PASSES TO YOU WHEN WE DISPATCH YOUR ORDER FROM OUR PREMISES. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ERRORS MADE BY THESE SERVICES.


(B) THIS SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE INSURANCE, AND IS CHOSEN AT YOUR OWN RISK UPON CONFIRMATION/ACCEPTANCE OF OUR TERMS OF SUPPLY.
IF YOU ARE AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER, YOU ARE ALSO AGREEING THAT YOU UNDERSTAND SOME COUNTRIES HAVE IMPORT RESTRICTIONS ON CERTAIN GOODS OR MATERIALS. Welcome to Crowned Beauty Cb. By utilising our walk-in services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. 
 
1. Service Availability: While we strive to accommodate all walk-in clients promptly, service availability is subject to current demand and staffing resources. We cannot guarantee immediate service, and wait times may vary.
 
2. Right to Cancel or Reschedule: Crowned Beauty Cb reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any walk-in service if we are unable to fulfill your request due to unforeseen circumstances, such as high client volume, staffing shortages, or other operational challenges. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible.
 
3. Client Acknowledgment : By utilising our walk-in services, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. We encourage you to check for availability prior to your visit to enhance your experience.
 
4. Limitation of Liability: Crowned Beauty Cb shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our walk-in services.

 Here at crownedbeauty we do our utmost to ensure that all products are in excellent condition. 

However if you do receive a unit/product with a fault we are happy to exchange or refund the item.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL ITEMS PURCHASED DURING THE FLASH SALE WILL BE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE. EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.

Crowned Beauty Cb Booking Policy
 

Hey lovely, Thank you for choosing Crowned Beauty! Before finalizing your appointment, please take a moment to review the following policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

 

Stylist Selection:

• Please ensure that you are aware of the stylist you have selected for your appointment, as we have a few talented stylists working in our salon. 

 

Hair Submission:

• All hair must be submitted at least one week before your appointment.

 

• Same-day hair drop-offs will incur an additional £25 fee. If you need to drop off your hair on the same day, please notify us via message, email, or call when booking your appointment.

 

• If you are bringing your hair on the same day and do not inform us at least one week before your appointment, your booking will be canceled. This is because we need to allocate extra time to prep your hair for installation.

 

Cornrows:

• Cornrows are not included with your install. If you would like us to add cornrows, there will be an additional £20 fee. Please indicate this in your booking message so that we can allocate the necessary time for your appointment.

 

Late Arrival Policy:

• A £25 late fee will be charged if you are 15 minutes late.

 

• If you are 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled.

Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please be aware of the following policy regarding returns and refunds:
 
1. Store Credit Only: All purchases, including products and services, are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Instead, we provide store credit for eligible returns.
 
2. Eligibility for Store Credit: Store credit may be issued for items returned within ( 7days ) of the purchase date, provided that the items are in their original condition and packaging. Services must also be requested for cancellation within the specified time frame to be eligible for store credit.
 
3. Return Process: To request store credit, please contact our customer service team at cb22enquiries@gmail.com or call  to initiate the return process. You may be required to provide proof of purchase.
 
4. Exceptions: Certain items may be exempt from our store credit policy due to hygiene or safety reasons. These items will be clearly marked at the point of sale.
 
5. Store Credit Usage: Store credit can be applied toward future purchases made at our store. It is non-transferable and cannot be used for cash or any other form of refund.
