Booking Terms

Appointment Confirmation:

All appointments must be confirmed via email or phone. You will receive a confirmation of your appointment imidiatly after booking and if you do not receive it, please contact us cb22enquiries@gmail.com

Non-Refundable Deposits:

A non-refundable deposit £50 will be required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service.

Additional Charges:

Appointments before 10:00am and after 7:00pm will each insure an extra charge of £40. 

ADDITIONAL FEE

Bank Holiday fee: £35

Christmas fee: £40 from the 23rd of December to 1st of January

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance, if you fail to provide this notice, you will be charged the full service fee.  

  • To reschedule appointment your deposit can be held and applied to a new date, but it must be used within the same month or the following month.

 

• After this period, the deposit will no longer be valid and a new deposit will be required to book again.

• Please note: Deposits are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals:

Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and the cancellation policy will apply.

Health and Safety:

Clients are encouraged to disclose any medical conditions or allergies that may affect their service. We prioritize your safety and comfort.

Service Guarantee:

If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right. We want you to love your hair.
